A Team Attuned to Different Age Groups and Team Needs
Deportment Training Centre Limited is a professional training team dedicated to youth training, Chinese foot drill, flag-raising ceremonies, and discipline and team development. Our team holds qualifications and practical experience in Chinese foot drill, flag-raising ceremonies, guard of honour training, discipline and team training, youth training, deportment and etiquette, and first aid teaching and services.
Our partners include kindergartens, schools, tertiary institutions, uniformed groups, youth organisations and other bodies. Through cross-disciplinary collaboration and extensive practical experience, we design and deliver targeted, systematic and tailor-made training programmes based on each school's or organisation's needs.

Our Instructor Team
A Focus on Teaching Method, Communication and Youth Training Experience
The Deportment Training Centre instructor team has extensive teaching and practical training experience. Besides holding relevant qualifications in Chinese foot drill, flag raising and guard of honour training, some instructors have also taught at primary and secondary schools across different districts of Hong Kong.

Kelly WONG
Founder / Project Lead
Main Responsibilities
Oversees the company's overall project direction, training programme planning, project management and liaison with partner organisations, coordinating the execution and development of all training projects.
Relevant Experience
With over 5 years of uniformed group management and training experience, Kelly has participated in and led teams through numerous training sessions and competitions, achieving strong results. Kelly also coordinates the instructor team and sets appropriate training direction according to the actual needs of different schools and organisations, ensuring that every course and training programme meets partners' goals and needs.
